five and a half

today is five and half years since j and i started dating! we've always been notorious for celebrating as many anniversaries as possible since any excuse is a good excuse to celebrate love and happiness, right?

it's hard to believe that the picture of us below at our first fair together was taken so long ago! we've grown up so much and gotten to where fair rides actually even scare us a bit yet it feels like just yesterday - and for the record, ferris wheels still scare me to death.


i am so proud of where we started and where we are today and i am so thankful to have you as my husband, best friend, and roommate :) i love you so much j and i can't wait to be celebrating fifty and a half years! ♥
