Maybe it's just me but everything in California just seems awesome. This Berkeley cottage is no exception. It's 750 square feet and has beautiful wooden beams. I love the benches outside that extend the living space!
There's a lot of living space in this narrow home and I can imagine that the fireplace in the middle of the room makes the whole place feel cozy.
The vintage yellow wallpaper gives the room a bright feel and the access to the outdoors and high ceilings make the room feel huge!
I love this small cottage and would love to drink coffee (or wine) on this back porch!
