30 day challenge
last week i stumbled across this TED video about trying something new for 30 days. it only takes 30 days for something to become a habit and 30 days is possible for anyone. with all the talk of new year resolutions and considering how many people ultimately and expectedly fail, i thought the concept of only setting a goal for 30 days would be a great place to start.
so now that it's 2012, i am taking on my own 30 day challenge for january. my goals for the next 30 days are:
1. drink only water
2. do at least 1 lesson of spanish in rosetta stone
3. at least 30 minutes of physical activity
i'm feeling really great and excited for these next 30 days and i even have these goals written down where i will see them every day! i'm also going to try some other things in conjunction with these goals to help improve my quality of life and get in better health.
do you have any goals for the new year? what efforts are you making to stick to these resolutions?
